Update, 6/24

It is Tuesday and I'm still sorting a few things out. I'm not seeing the feature stories correctly in FireFox 3, but I am seeing them in IE and Opera... I am also trying to get the video rotator sorted out. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.

    The simple fact is that not all sellers NEED a real estate agent. I have some folks I working with right now that have moved 38 times in 30 years. They have bought and sold 38 different homes in 30 years. In real estate terms, they have transacted 76 sides. Breaking it down, they have 2.5 sides per year for 30 years. There are full time agents in the business that haven't done 76 sides... or even 2.5 sides a year for a long stretch.

  • Making my list and checking it twice...

    Suspension engineers for aftermarket companies (and some mainstream manufacturers) go there to learn. There are guys that know more about metallurgy than many university departments... and more about welding than a trade school. There are people that can kick out a Jeep tub (the main part of the body) as a CAD drawing in a couple of hours that would make Chrysler jealous.
