It's pretty tough to find a real estate agent that doesn't say they have great service. But, how many will back it up?

Lane believes in delivering quality service rather than just talking about it. The guarantee is pretty straightforward. If you choose to sell your home through Lane, and you are unhappy with the services he provides, you can fire him to list with another agent at no charge. Further, if after selling your home through Lane Bailey, you don't feel he earned his commission, he'll give it back.
